I had an appointment to view a unit they canceled it the day before with no explanation or offer to reschedule.

Man came to fix the toilet the day after submitting request for repair. He replaced the flapper & it seemed to work, but after he left the toilet started to spontaneously run off and on during the day. When I flush the toilet it continues to drip after the tank refills. I have to actually reach into the tank & push down on the flapper to make the dripping stop.
I had nothing but problems while living at Amberleigh Shores. From day one, the unit was full of issues — a broken dishwasher, doors falling off their hinges, roaches and water bugs (persistently came out of drains in multiples even after pest control), disconnected pipes under kitchen sink, and AC breaking multiple times (in one instance, my bedroom was flooded due to window unit not being installed correctly.)
