Fantastic staff! Wonderful place to live and instant care for work orders. Ive been in a few apartments during my life and this place has BY FAR the best customer care
I lived here for almost two years. They lost the nest management they had. A man just walked into my house with no consent demanding to see the fire sprinkles. I escorted him out of my bedroom. He invaded my roommates room when she was in the bathroom and totally was out of line. I am so unhappy with Amberleigh shores. I have been here for awhile and always paid rent on time. I am so disappointed now.
Darren is hands down the best maintenance worker we’ve ever had! He is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond. He takes the time to make sure everything is fixed properly and never makes you feel like a bother. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Reliable, respectful, and hardworking — our community is lucky to have him. Thank you, Darren, for always going above and beyond!
Everyone was so friendly when I came they made me feel welcome into my new home. They answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable.
Beware if you live near or are moving into apartment 105. There is an incredibly rude neighbor in building 181 (Building 7, apartment G703 / S27). Dealing with them has been a major downside to living here, and they are apart of the reason why I’m glad to be moving out. Will update later regarding the rest of the expiernce
