We have been here for 4 years and it has been one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. We keep this apartment despite living hours away, just to have a place to stay when we are in Wilmington a weekend or two a month. EVERY SIMGLE TIME we come there are different issues. The pool is closed, the gym in locked, the A/C is out for days at a time, we have water leaking from the A/C thay requires us to dump buckets of water our every few hours, the flush mechanism on the toilet is broken, door knob is broken, toilet ... read more

What a great staff the leasing consultant Susan dean was amazing the last 48 hours she was able to help me get everything I needed done and moved in so great !
