Great team. Love the amenities! spacious apartment!
Move in was seamless and pleasant. Everything was provided digitally which I love and my sales rep was knowledgeable and available.
Initial requst made 6/11 and nothing has been done. AC still does not cool properly.
So, where to start. This was my first ever apartment in Wilmington so I was going in blind. The front office staff is very nice but clearly overwhelmed, but they managed to help me through the application process. The only reason I moved in here was because I got two months rent for free, that was a huge mistake.i moved in, tired after a 30 hour drive and found my apartment to be dirty!
