If you want green shrimp this is not the place to go! We had calabash shrimp because that is what they call green shrimp. Sorry Twin Tops was closed for emergency. They know what green shrimp are!
RecommendedFood was amazing! Wondeful and attentive staff. They gave us a discount because the food took a while to come out (I didn't think it took that long at all and wasn't upset on the wait in any way). The discount wasn't necessary but was appreciated. We didn't even ask for it, they just gave it to us. That's wonderful and amazing customer service. Think something might be wrong and do something to solve it unpromoted. Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back in the near future.
The steak I ordered was pretty good, but I have serious concerns when my granddaughter looked up and said “Mimi, that lady is smoking in the kitchen!”the lady closed the door once she realized we saw her! When I left, the cook was outside smoking, but then went into the back door to the kitchen area with a lit cigarette in his mouth! Not sure if I will be going back for awhile..... if the smoking in the kitchen doesn’t bother you, the food is pretty good.
The service was extremely slow we understood they were busy but when you wait for over 45 minutes after you order to say anything to manager and the manger doesn’t acknowledge your complaint and blows you off saying “I don’t think it’s been that long” and doesn’t even come to the table to apologize she is a sorry excuse for a manger. The waitress was apologetic. The manager needs a lesson in customer service for sure very disappointing.
Food is delicious! I love the menu options and the selection. Beth is a great bartender and brings a lot of cheer to the place. I highly recommend!!
Food and service was excellent! Prices were very reasonable! Staff was friendly and our server, Mark, was super and very prompt.
Sunday Buffet was a Great Deal for a Good Price!
There is not enough selection on the hot bar. The salad bar is pathetic. I will never be back. It was a big disappointment. I saw the large selection of items on the regular menu in hopes some of it would be available on the buffet. Huge let down.
