We have been sending in noise complaints since feb 20 about our upstairs neighbors and management has yet to do anything about it. We've called the courtesy officer, as management has instructed us to do, only to never get a response and having to leave a voice mail every time. Due to this being an apartment complex, non-emergency law enforcement can't even do anything about it as we have to rely on the complex's management to do something about it. Useless. Living here has been a great experience! Victoria, our leasing agent, is always helpful, friendly, and incredibly responsive — she truly goes above and beyond. The entire administration team is professional and welcoming, and the maintenance team is quick to handle any issues that come up. It’s clear they all care about making this a great place to live. I’m really happy to call this place home!
