Dr Burris is great!
I had my appointment time wrong in my calendar and showed up three hours early. Instead of having me return at the appropriate time, the front office staff called Dr. Burris, and she kindly cut her lunch hour short to check in on my two kitties. I really appreciate her less is more approach, and I’m sure the cats do too. Everyone keeps a calm demeanor with my little scaredy-cats, aiming to make their visit less stressful. Dr. Burris and her team are wonderful. We’ve taken our 2 cats here and I would recommend them for any animal and their owner. They are quick, kind and professional. They are very sweet and caring with the animals and take their time. Never felt like they were rushing the animals to do shots, blood work, etc. They waited until the cats were calm to do any work. This is how vet‘s Office visit should be. My boy Brady hasn’t had a good experience at a Vet until we came here. He’s a 2 year old Czech Shepherd, the sweetest little boy and loves everyone. He’s never had a good experience at a vet until I did a bunch of research and found this one. I’m so glad I did because you could truly see the compassion and a gentleness. They didn’t push him.
