everything about these apartments are horrible. They break the law due to the fact that some of their tenants don’t know their rights. The leasing agents don’t even know what is written in the lease to follow the legal agreement we make while signing a lease. Their apartments are INFESTED and pest only comes when it’s requested and all they do is put sticky tabs . Lived here for two years still infested . I lived here for about a year and three months . Only reason why I am still living here is due to the inflation and rent prices going ridiculously high . At first they were very attentive to the maintenance request and problems that arises in the apartment but I started to notice I have the same issues happening over and over again . The maintenance men fix for temporary fix .there an infestation problems with roaches and fleas (my moms dogs came to visit and left with flees ) . I invested my own money into fixing the roach ... read more
Worst place ever....management the worst. They don't follow thru with any of the rules. They pick and choose who and what to enforce. There so cheap the actually cut the parking stoppers in half...they will in no way stop a car from running into a apartment. They nickle and dime u to death. One day late with rent will cost you 120.00. Place floods everytime it rains......
