Awesome management, usually the maintenance crew show up the day you call. or the next day. The common areas are always clean. The tenents are happy with management, maybe cuz the rent doesn't increase every year like most other places.

The management for Amberfield place has no idea what they"re doing and will try to charge you for issues they were supposed to fix. For example, when I lived in one of their buildings in St Clair, the seal on the oven went bad and started to scorch the cabinet next to it. After bringing this up multiple times, they never fixed the problem. They later blame US for the cabinets and tried to get us to replace the cabinets. I lived in amberfield place in Madelia for 2 years. The cabinets & appliances were older in the kitchen, but they worked. Apartment overall was big & spacious, updated paint & carpeting. My neighbors were friendly & quiet. Staff/leasing office was always willing to work with me. Maintenance was always quick to fix an issue. Screened in porch was nice for my cat. They have garages that are available for rent -- only downfall one time was someone who parked in my garage when I left it unlocked to go get groceries in the winter... read more
