Ambercare sent a caregiver to our home who overloaded and destroyed our dryer, causing nearly $1,200 in damage. We documented everything — including the damaged part and the replacement cost — and gave them multiple chances to make it right. They ignored us. No apology. No accountability. Just silence. If this is how they treat disabled clients whose lives they claim to support, then they should not be trusted in your home or around vulnerable people. Not very satisfied with ambercare, when it comes for the weekend no one wants to work so I'm left in the dark. They never have anyone scheduled. This doesn't help me out at all.
