I’ve been using Ambercare for a few months, but before that my mother had Ambercare for an ileostomy. I have nothing good to say about them. They regularly ignore requests for supplies, they have always done this. They lied to my insurance about ordering the supplies I needed, I need 4x4 surgical sponges and I’ve been asking for 3 weeks now. They are always loosing staff and over booking the remaining people to the point that patients are not being seen. And the absolute worst part is they know we are limited in choosing car... read more
