Amberbrooke townhomes seemed all fine and dandy until we moved out. We deep cleaned the place and left it sparkling. We did our walk through with the new manager Elena and she said everything looked good other than the oven drip pans needing replaced. We received $10.00 out of our $250.00 deposit back. I do not recommend this place... Its a money grab! No matter how well you clean, it isn’t good enough. $250 may not be as much as other places charge for a deposit, but $250 is $250.
