The only reason I get this place to is cuz it is very very clean! And they have a pool. People in office are very rude. They are very over priced on there lot rent!
Terrible staffing don’t keep you updated on anything, they need more communication skills because it’s their job to keep up with the trailer park, mine is just to make sure my bills are paid ,WHICH THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME EVERY MONTH NEVER LATE ! Worst person to speak with is Jessica so save your time, gosh making living uncomfortable. Mind you I been here for 2 years going on 3
Update nothing chage towing company is worse there's no way of finding your vehicle unless you know how the office is never helpful staff is gone for 2hrs most of the day treble place to live rent is way to high office opens at 10am As a resident of this area for two years, I am extremely dissatisfied with the living conditions. The elimination of bulk trash pickup, frequent water pipe breaks, and policy changes of which residents are not notified have led to increased costs.
