Recently moved across states and had to update my policy. My point of contact with SF was responsive, friendly and quick to help. Overall, good so far!
I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. My latest experience with them reinforced why I have never left. When it looked like State Farm might not be able to do a homeowners binder in time for my closing, I was forced to get quotes from others. Although the homeowners was comparable, the auto quote was almost twice the cost.
