Perhaps, Doctor is good but my goodness medical assistant is so inefficient and has no customer service mindset. Clinic administration needs significant improvement!
Tried calling the clinic. The receptionist answered the call from her house. Told me she was working from home. Told me to call back because she has no idea what the fax number for the clinic is. I don't think she should be working from home, she doesn't seem to know what is going on.
I had a very disappointing experience with Amber Trails Medical Clinic.I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency, and I was shocked to learn that I was being charged a cancellation fee. I understand that policies exist, but this felt unreasonable It’s frustrating when healthcare providers prioritize profit over patient circumstances. Doctor is good. I just think that there should be additional person in the reception. She is good until she's stressed out, in my opinion.
They do not respect patient's time. If you are booking an appointment you must attend that Patient first. I waited for 40 minutes even my appointment was booked. So, unprofessional!
