I’m very happy with my medical appointments at Amber Trails Medical Clinic .Dr Vergara is excellent on all levels.I am very fortunate to have found him, The staff are professional, very kind and personable. Highly recommend! Five stars!
Perhaps, Doctor is good but my goodness medical assistant is so inefficient and has no customer service mindset. Clinic administration needs significant improvement!

I understand that policies exist, but this felt unreasonable It’s frustrating when healthcare providers prioritize profit over patient circumstances. Tried calling the clinic. The receptionist answered the call from her house. Told me she was working from home. Told me to call back because she has no idea what the fax number for the clinic is. I don't think she should be working from home, she doesn't seem to know what is going on.
