I was going to reserve judgment, but now I am going to RIP into this office, they have earned it. Let me first say that Dr. Sabouni is an excellent Dr. All of our interactions with her were pleasant and professional. The rest of the program is a joke. The biggest complaint is that they have very very poor customer service and responsiveness. They simply do not return phone calls and attend to the patients. We waited 35 minutes, to only see Dr for 10...Told what IVF was (we know) sent on our way, told his nurse Amber would be calling, 3 days later and still no call! Didn't like the Sugarland facility, staff or doctor, made one phone call to another facility complete opposite of the horrible experience at HFI!!! I wish I would've read all the bad reviews on here and Yelp! Do not waste your time or emotions on this place.
