She’s a great provider. Had her for years, she always does what is needed
Love Amber Stevens..she listens to what you're saying, and does what is needed to get to the root of the problems,(medications, referrals,tests) .
This provider should be aware that their phone staff, Cathy, is completely unprofessional. I was calling to relay information about a PT not taking medications as she should. Cathy hung up on me. I had to call back and beg her not to hang up on me again. After I relayed some of the things to discuss, Cathy did not say she had the information, she didn’t say anything at all she just hung up.
