I just had my meds delivered Fri. On time, I Start treatment tomorrow, so far they have been vertu kind ,I will keep you all informed.
Very understanding, The most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with any pharmacy. Very profecional company. I know they care. I have had nothing but excellent service every time I call . Meds. were delivered when they said they would arrive. EXCELLENT !!!! LOVE this Pharmacy, and the experience I've had with them !!!!
I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy since they've switched ownership I'm not happy with not getting medications or having to go elsewhere to have them filled I would give a 5 star rating to the old Amber but not with the new ownership I rated 1 star for all the complications I've been going through
Since they were sold reps do not return calls, meds not delivered and no explanation given. You are putting peoples lives in jeopardy. I give you 5 star for great service in 2014 but 1 for 2015 and going forward only because I can't select zero. Good luck to all who remain with Amber, you're going to need it.
Everything was great until this past month. Can't get ahold of them, DidNot get my medication yet they were more than happy to charge my card!!! Grrr
