My wife and I moved in to the apartment complex in 2018. Grateful to the original owners, however, in my opinion with new ownership things slowly began to go downhill. When my husband and I lived at Amber Sky Estates in 2018, it was owned by a couple and we were very grateful for the place since we needed to move in quickly. It was very peaceful and I enjoyed that there weren’t many apartments. Once we had new management, it seemed promising! There was new pavement for the parking lot and it was great. David, the former handyman, was really nice and helpful. But about a year and a half ago, we noticed that things were slowly going down hill. Decent newer apt but deposit is a little outrageous, same as a house
Me And My Girlfriend Just Moved In Last Month And We Love It Here ! Feels A lot Like Home And Very Pet Friendly ! Management Is Awesome Both David’s Are Always Responsive When We Have Questions!Awesome Environment As Well ! You’ll Love Here Too!
