She is a outstanding Dr I will recommend her to anyone.
Dr Amber Shepard herself is really attentive, I have no complains, the lady at the front who seems to be from the Caribbean is also very nice and welcoming as well as the blond lady in the back however there is another lady there, could be a medical assistant or nurse, not sure, but she is very short and bitter, speaks to me as if I was inconveniencing her for even being there, she tries to make an issue just about anything, I hope to God I never have to deal with her again, if you go there you will know exactly who I am tal... read more
LGBTQ FRIENDLY.... I a transgender female and this Dr. And her staff have history of more than a yr. Maybe 3yrs?.....of treating me very well in all regards . ESPECIALLY remembering my pronouns. She's a great doctor and I will be staying with her practice for a long time! Highly recommend her!
DO NOT SEE. Unprofessional and doesn’t listen to your needs. I was trying to explain to her how bad my symptoms had been. She basically said she didn't believe me? She claimed I was being disrespectful when I tried to explain my symptoms to her again so she understood, I only needed to receive my medicines from her until I could get referrals and get into actual specialists.
