Amber is a delight to work with! Amber helped tirelessly on ironing out the kinks with her our new home as we were a somewhat unique situation looking for very specific things. She is very well connected and all knowing of surrounding areas with a no problems just solutions approach! I highly highly recommend Amber when hunting for your new home, she gets it done!
I had the opportunity to refer a client to Amber Sheehan in the Waco, Texas area and I’m so grateful for the way she took care of him. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to serve him well. It means so much to know that when I send a client outside of my area, they’re in great hands. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Waco and the surrounding Central Texas area!
