Unfriendly, rude, disgusting behavior from the management. Hang-up the phone on your face if you complain. Horrible parking management. Sometime you may not find a place to park. Poor pest control. Cockroachs are everywhere. Floor makes noise. Biggest mistake ever!
I have lived here for only two months and my apartment has flooded causing me personal property damage. The solution the office presented to this issue was to "wait until it happens again". The place is rife with pests, I have had countless bugs and spiders and there are giant rats running around during the day. The people in the office are either dismissive or confused, honestly I get the feeling there is not much they can afford to do by the way they respond. I don't see this getting any better any time soon.
I lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment, and only used one room. The other room was fully occupied by ROACHES!!!!!!! So many roaches they should have been paying the ridiculous RENT! They have ROACHES bad!!!!! And pest control only came once throughout my 1 year lease! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Nightmare apartment complex. I was harassed for a month about my car's tags. I had paperwork from multiple shops/mechanics stating they were trying to figure out the problem. According to the woman at the front desk, I looked untrustworthy so she didn't believe any of the evidence. Need emergency maintenance? Hope you don't work weekends or strange hours because you have to be home. Have fun calling out of work (and losing that income) due to terrible management. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!!!!!! This place is horrible!!! It was ok for the first 30 days, then boom roaches!!! Called the office and was told that pest control only comes out once a month to one building and if you want them to come to your apartment you have to call to be put on the list. Been here for 4 months now and pest control has only been once and that was the day I called!!! Neighbors upstairs are loud and rude!!!
