you get what you pay for The one bright spot in this place is the staff - Rosie, Joe, and Don. They are really nice and helpful. However-- this place is drafty, old, dingy, and stained. I had to have my apt fumagated 3 times. It was nice that heat and water were included, but the supposed free wireless internet sucked. I had to sit with my laptop next to my door to get any reception. If you don't have money to spend on rent, by all means, rent here. Best choice around If you want to walk to the new UCHSC hospital or schools - this is it. Older building well taken care of. Rosie, the manager is sweet and caring. maintenance problems attended to immediately and efficiently. Top floors have city and mountain views and I love the free wireless internet connection.
Got out of school now I liked it. Building is locked at night. If I come back to Denver I would stay there again. Manager was like a mom. I could drive anywhere real quick.
