My experience with Amber Realty has been great!
Yikes. I dealt with Laura Eisenbach, a realtor with Amber Realty. Dre #01382943 Unprofessional and poor communication. Uses text only and doesn’t provide confirmation emails or messages or reminders. Not that it’s required but it’s helpful when people are viewing multiple listings and moving. She didn’t seem to know what day it was yesterday. And then today the day of the showing I made an honest mistake and forgot. I apologized as I felt awful. But she became enraged and unprofessional and sent me these messages. I don’t ca... read more
I would give Amber Realty -negative5 stars if I could. We hired Laura Eisbach as a property manager and she consistently committed violations of contract throughout the year that she worked for us. The tenants AND the landlord would have to wait anywhere between 6 weeks up to 3 months to even get a response from her. When we would finally get a hold of her, she could never answer any of our questions or grievances, always saying that her assistants are the ones that handle that part of the business.
