You never get to actually see the doctor, you get switched from resident to resident. Medical issues were never resolved. Some residents tried, others didn’t care.
New patient it’s taking 40 minutes to talk someone !! Recording said it wound take 3 minutes it’s taking 40+ just to check if I can be seen over a cold/ flu no over the phone consultations!! Ad a Disbetic very hard to be Patient with these people I’m sure. My glucose level went up! This is Ridiculous
