Stayed at the Mansfield location for a couple of years. The building has potential but was falling apart. During the Holidays, I was given 30 days to leave with no cause. I called to confirm this and was directed to their lawyer. Never had any real issue, other than mentioning some issues with the building. I'd hope my notice to vacate wasn't a result of this. I rented the Amber creek apartment for a year and half in Kirts blvd. It is old apartment rent is very nominal and rent increased only 20$ after a year. Any maintenance request is addressed. We enjoyed staying over there.
We rented for almost three years in Royal Oak. The price was great, the deposit is low(and we got it back), and they barely raise the rent. I believe it was something like $15 a year. The apartments were not updated, but they were maintained. It was clean when we moved in, and they did not expect us to clean on our way out. For the most part maintenance was quick. Prospective buyer experience: Called to try to schedule a tour. Was told to fill out a form online. Went to fill out form online, Form online asked for My SSN and a lot of other Personally identifiable information. I am shopping for an apartment, so I called back to ask if this was real and I had to fill that out in order to get any information about the units in person, they said that was correct.
