I really enjoyed living at Amber Properties Townhouse at 447 North Rochester Rd for 7 years. The staff are very helpful and communicate well. The rent increased minorly every year ($20-50) and I was informed well in advance. The maintenance team gets the job done quickly and if they can't they will come back at a later date. We had a problem with a leaky basement from rain run-off and they worked hard to get it fixed. Also great location in Clawson since I could walk to downtown.
Great place to rent! Nice charm, vintage feel, quick response time from maintenance. I stayed in Clawson and it is such an amazing town. Thank you Amber Properties for a great experience.
It was a breath of fresh air to rent from Amber Properties for the last 2 years. Amber offered timely responses to all maintenance requests, and all communication was extremely professional. Great place to rent from.
