I've lived here for over four years and have nothing but good experience. We have a 2b unit and it's spacious and in good condition. The community is generally quiet and safe, with convenient access to Meijer and bus station. The apartment itself has had very few issues and whenever anything was needed Deb and the maintenance team were always on top of it in an extremely timely manner. Deb is responsible, professional and overall just a truly nice person.
Amber Pointe is the best place in town I've lived at. The office is SO quick at handling any issue that comes up. I've rarely ever needed to tap into the maintenance services however when I have, maintenance has always been super quick to respond to any issue and are always kind, even when I had a heater issue at like 2a in the winter. A very nice apartment with a clean community and good neighbors. Deb (the manager) was helpful during both moving-in and moving-out. The place is very quite and covenient, 10 mins drive to UIUC campus. The wall might not totally sound-proof, but it might be the best based on my apartment experiences in Champagin.
Deb is the best manager you can expect. She reacts promptly to the tenant's needs and does it perfectly.
Echoing what others have said… Deb is a gem! As a renter finding a good landlord/property manager is just as important as finding a good living space. 10/10 I recommend Amber Pointe for its living space + amenities AND for its management.
