I love it here. Maintenance is good, apartments are clean, no rodents, no complaints
It's now illegal in Illinois to ask for fees so I recommend you to remove it
I've lived here for over four years and have nothing but good experience. We have a 2b unit and it's spacious and in good condition. The community is generally quiet and safe, with convenient access to Meijer and bus station. The apartment itself has had very few issues and whenever anything was needed Deb and the maintenance team were always on top of it in an extremely timely manner. Deb is responsible, professional and overall just a truly nice person.
