Great apartments, nice staff, good upkeep of grounds and apartments.
Need more maintenance attention!
They keep the heaters on in the apartments through the summer so hot on the hot days
I lived at Amber Pointe Apartments for almost 4 years. It was a great experience at first. Staff were friendly and quick to respond. Other tenants were respectful and courteous. I noticed with the change in management there was also a change in my experience. The majority of the staff became cold and seemingly uncaring. Several tenants moved in that were disruptive and inconsiderate. I have lived in a new apartment complex which I rented from previously for almost 8 months and so glad I moved out of Amber Valley.
