I just want to give a shout out to the new staff, Michelle and her crew.. I have no complaints. This is the most professional staff I have seen since 2017. I’m sure most communities have issues so thanks for your dedication in making it better
Staff has been a great help when coming to knowing everything and answering all my questions! One of many reasons why I ended up choosing this place as my future home. Everything through out the process has been great! Everything has been clean and no problems so far.
This is going to be long but it needs to be said, So we just signed our lease a few weeks ago and honestly the whole staff at the front desk was amazing. Everyone we spoke with was kind, respectful, and really welcoming from the start but one person in particular really stood out to us, and that was Omi, she completely went above and beyond for us. I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff in the apartment office, Miss Lay-Lay and Miss Omni for starters. They are always kind, friendly, and extremely approachable whenever I come in with questions or concerns. You can truly tell they know their jobs well because they handle everything professionally and efficiently while still making residents feel welcomed.
