I've been living at Hawthorne Meadowview for four years and hadn't even considered moving until July 2025, when the new administration took office. The reason: there's no security. The entrance and exit gates are open 24 hours a day, and any vehicle can enter and commit a crime. There's no internal security staff day or night, and there's no safety.
I am a property manager in the same market and reached out to Austin Newman for market information. He is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skills are exemplary. I was completely impressed with his professionalism. I would encourage other property managers to reach out to him, as he is a wealth of information and so willing to share his ideas and knowledge.
We had a really rough experience when my elderly mom moved out, and honestly we walked away feeling frustrated with the managers. we didn’t realize that there had been a change in management and the new assistant manager Austin gave my mom a call just to check in and make sure she had received her refund check. Been a resident going on 2 months and when I initially moved in it was several spiderwebs and spiders in the apartment. I reported it. Now I’m dealing with an infestation of roaches. They moved me into an infested apartment and no one seems to care. Would not suggest moving here.
Rick Moore is always doing some kind of work,keeping the place clean, work order and he’s always the first one here and the last to leave. He love animals and he’s just a pleasure to have on our property.
