Moved in towards the middle of May. Lay Lay made the whole process extremely smooth and made sure everything was ready for me. I was moving from Boston an the peace of mind that everything was taken care of was great.
Been a resident going on 2 months and when I initially moved in it was several spiderwebs and spiders in the apartment. I reported it. Now I’m dealing with an infestation of roaches. They moved me into an infested apartment and no one seems to care. Would not suggest moving here. i have a do not enter for maintenance if no one is home and they proceeded to enter the apartment regardless. Ok so after a couple mths my windows no longer leak… we are happy now n the fact that Michelle gave me her email for any issues that come up is amazing! Thank u maintenance n Michelle! Ok so we’ve been waiting on windows replacement since April 7th n we keep getting ignored and the run around. We have never had anyone out at my apartment doing an estimate n it’s now May 19th n still nothing..
