Hawthorne Meadow has a sub division feel within a friendly gated community. Mixed cultures of people from all over, professionals, and miltary service workers. I've enjoyed the experience for over a year. Events at the pool, Movie night in the movie room, Pickle ball on days off or staying in shape in the up to date gym. Top notch ammenities. Close to the 75 and Buc-C-es, the location is great and we encourage future residents to take a tour or apply!

Maintenance request was put in on a Monday evening; Tuesday morning they arrived for the repair. This was the fastest I’ve ever experienced a call being completed! Thank you!
Maintenance is TERRIBLE. My front door has a wide gap and I put in a work order for a new door and instead of replacing it the cut up pieces of what looks like some kind of foam and stuck it to the door. Needless to say it did no good..apparently my vents are blocked in the master bedroom and when maintenance came out (they actually had to come out bc someone did some ‘work’ on my ac and left it unplugged on a 90 + degree day) he said yea they are blocked but I’m going on vacation tomorrow so there is nothing I can do about ... read more
