Had a few minor repairs that were needed after move in but maintenance addressed promptly and took care of them
Don’t waste your time here, everything seems fine until you have a maintenance issue. We had electricity issues for 5 weeks total and nothing was done after multiple maintenance orders, phone calls, office visits. we have been very patient and friendly with the staff but now we’re tired of it and paying out of pocket for more expenses. Unless you hound them nothing will get done. We had no power for 2 weeks then 3 weeks, they can’t even offer proper living conditions and expect for you to pay 2000$ in rent. I just want to give a shout out to the new staff, Michelle and her crew.. I have no complaints. This is the most professional staff I have seen since 2017. I’m sure most communities have issues so thanks for your dedication in making it better
Hawthorne Meadow has a sub division feel within a friendly gated community. Mixed cultures of people from all over, professionals, and miltary service workers. I've enjoyed the experience for over a year. Events at the pool, Movie night in the movie room, Pickle ball on days off or staying in shape in the up to date gym. Top notch ammenities. Close to the 75 and Buc-C-es, the location is great and we encourage future residents to take a tour or apply!
