I can't find these meds locally. is the only reason I still het them here. I was overcharge, was told I would get my money back when insurance came but never did. I paid along with my insurance company. They took it right out of my account, they when I wanted my payment method removed I was told I couldn't do that, a couple months later I finally had someone say they removed auto payment method but they still charged my accout without my permission.
RecommendedVery efficient when getting me my prescription and the service was outstanding! They would give me a courtesy call to see if I needed to renew. It took the stress off my “pregnant brain” to try and remember to make a call every month. Every person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks to all!
Contact their customers if their anti rejection will no longer be filled at their pharmacy a head of time. Not WAIT till the customer calls and needs a refill and then they have to fight to get their meds on time. Which one pharmacy saved me. I will be switching pharmacies. No more mail order pharmacies for me. Never again! I will pay extra for copays and get my meds and not have to worry about rejection!
This pharmacy has been really good in the past, but recently their mail order shipping has gotten really slow. I don't recommend them much if you need mail order.
This pharmacy, yes, in Nebraska came through for me in an emergency.... while waiting, and waiting and calling my (current insurance) for days, being transferred and given various information I ran out of a very , very important transplant prescription and they came through for me! Amber pharmacy (Richardson TX) has been nothing less than a totally professional, high quality, caring operation. Any problems that have arisen where resolved promptly & effectively. Outstanding people---top to bottom.
