Amber Oaks is such a nice peaceful, clean property to live at. Office staff is amazing. Liz and Kayla make the process so smooth. I love my unit.

They don’t even deserve the one star !! These are not luxury apartments they should be named just amber oaks apartments because luxury is not it! I made a report of a list of things that were to get fix and here I am 2 months later and still not fixed my ac went out back in may and I was with out it for almost 2 weeks I had to buy fans and even stay at a hotel because I have kids and we where sweating even after getting out the shower. I got so lucky with this place!! They only had 1, one bedroom apartment available for rent and I knew I had to get it. I love east Pearland, you can’t beat the location. These apartments are super nice!! Brand new stainless steel appliances, new carpet in bedroom, nice wood floors etc. Julie and Kayla in the office are true professionals!
