AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 100 s!! I was looking for a place to relocate for work & stopped in Amber Oaks. I was greeted with a beautiful smile & warm welcome by their Leasing Professional, Kayla. They don’t even deserve the one star !! These are not luxury apartments they should be named just amber oaks apartments because luxury is not it! I made a report of a list of things that were to get fix and here I am 2 months later and still not fixed my ac went out back in may and I was with out it for almost 2 weeks I had to buy fans and even stay at a hotel because I have kids and we where sweating even after getting out the shower.
