They don’t even deserve the one star !! These are not luxury apartments they should be named just amber oaks apartments because luxury is not it! I made a report of a list of things that were to get fix and here I am 2 months later and still not fixed my ac went out back in may and I was with out it for almost 2 weeks I had to buy fans and even stay at a hotel because I have kids and we where sweating even after getting out the shower. I got so lucky with this place!! They only had 1, one bedroom apartment available for rent and I knew I had to get it. I love east Pearland, you can’t beat the location. These apartments are super nice!! Brand new stainless steel appliances, new carpet in bedroom, nice wood floors etc. Julie and Kayla in the office are true professionals! Need new management
I had a tremendously horrendous and very scary encounter with Julie the new manager .. she came to my apartment almost broke the door down and screamed at me wouldn't tell me what she needed proceeded to say we were loud and behind on rent. Which we are, I told her about the process to try a payment arrangement but she screamed that she didn't need to take my money so I was very confused as to why she needed to come to my unit, scare my 3 small children and then say she didn't have to take my money and when I asked what were... read more
