Omg Dr. Mitchell was so efficient , patient, answered all questions along with great bedside manners. Very caring. I just can’t say enough great things about Her! Just amazing work!
Saw Dr. Mitchell at an epilepsy monitoring unit. Very nice in person, but lacks and has very poor follow-up skills. When one of the seizure medications she put me on gave me side effects, I called her office on 3 occasions to tell her and get her input. Each time I got her voicemail, and each time I did not get a call back. In addition, I've unfortunately since had another seizure. She completely ghosted me. Cannot get in touch with her to follow up. Takes over a week to get any email response and she doesn't answer your questions. I am supposed to get an MRI but I have seemingly lost all connection to her. reception often doesn't answer. I think she is way overbooked or something. Patient care/communication has been terrible in my experience here.
She takes her time with her patients and makes sure you fully understand your diagnosis before you leave. She is a very compassionate and empathetic doctor. I've been seeing her over 10 years now and would be lost without her.
Dr. Mitchell is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. I have a difficult and complicated genetic condition which has many facets of neurological dysfunction. Dr. Mitchell always listened, was willing to go over test and imaging results with me, and was always extremely helpful with her recommendations and treatments.
Dr. Mitchell has always been a doctor I feel actually listens to you and goes out of her way to also incorporate it into her treatment plan, within what would be medically allowed and beneficial for your treatment. I have seen Dr Mitchell for several years and she patiently listens, asks astute follow-up questions and offers excellent healing protocols based on her knowledge of their efficacy for my condition. I highly reccommend Dr. Mitchell.
Patient,intelligent and compassionate.I don’t mind the long wait for am excellent Dr!...so hard to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable physician who truly cares....I highly recommend Dr.Mitchell
Poor notes kept that would allow follow on visits to provide a more contiguous sense of treatment. Extremely long office wait times for scheduled visits. Lack of response when leaving info on answering machine
