After this last experience I’d put negative number if I could. Called to get a medication bumped up. She obviously never looked at my chart or she would’ve saw I have been on the exact same medicine for many years. Instead during a mental issue I waited 5 days to even get a return call. Another 11 days to finally listen to what I was saying and get the script corrected. This messed with my mental health far too long than needed. Age and the entire building of staff need better training. It’s awful l the.
Transferring care to Nicky Green was a great move for me and my family. The care and follow through we've received to date have been excellent. Shout out to her assistant, Cindy, too! Great office!
