Dr. May treated my son at Kaiser Permanente’s urgent care. He had a swollen, fractured finger compounded by a stainless steel ring that wouldn’t come off. She and her team tried a number of procedures to get the ring off, all the while keeping us informed and calming my son’s nerves.
