The epidemic or medical office staff apathy or ignorance reaches new level with this group, I sent two messages, three phones calls to obtain RX neither Heather or Phil were able to relay correct information to the actual professionals being mansor, and Vanessa (Vanessa seemingly the only competent person at this practice). I hope she is able to move on, these two jokesters are in the wrong biz, and it is impacting patients, and the practice. In Future please Just try to do your job, or find your calling.
I absolutely love Dr. Mansoor! She has helped me so much since I started seeing her. Her and her staff are extremely friendly. I will forever be a patient of hers.
Want to charge $75 out of pocket to test my son for ADHD who already has a diagnosis of ADHD. What a scam!
Dr. Mansoor has been seeing my Autistic son for about 4 years now. She is extremely patient with him , her and her staff are super friendly and supportive. She has been able to get my son the help he needed to live a productive life.
