Dr. Kazi and Dr. Ravare, and the beautiful lady that does the labs are amazing. The receptionist is bad for business. She has a very important job; she's not good at it. She has no empathy for certain things. I was shocked while on the phone with my insurance company trying to get her to help; she actually gave us the dial tone; why hang up on someone who very calm and politely trying to resolve an issue! She is always calm, kind and emphatic. Always ready to alleviate your ailments. I will definitely recommend her.
This doctor seems very lazy. Left numerous voicemails, with no response. Did not check ears or nose of my wife who has been experiencing left-side headache. My wife likely has sinusitis. Instead, Dr. Kazi refers us to get an MRI. MRI shows up that brain is normal. Radiologist did note that mucosal thickening of the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses are seen bilaterally. Prescribed my wife 180 doses of 200 mg Carbamazepine for sinusitis. Instead of checking out my wife, she gave her seizure meds!
Dr Kazi is patient and kind to my entire family. Her staff is always willing to help me with medical records, scheduling appointments and prescriptions.
Waited over an hour to be seen. A patient that arrived after me,was seen 1st. at 1st I'd have given her a better review, but after wait time and having an allergic reaction to antibiotics that she prescribed, I came back to her being that the ER is just steps from her office ( same building). she didn't come out to see me, nurses sent me to ER, then she never came to ck on me next door at the ER. I got a call back next day from her office ( not from her) asking me to come in for hbp, I didn't h
very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
Saw for physical. Didn't even perform minimal check, other than listening to my breathing and ordering tests. She forgot to order ultrasound that she suggested I have. No way to reach this doctor except for voice mail, which do not get returned. Complete waste of time.
