I am an employee for Amber Home Healthcare, and I have had a great experience so far! The owners are very sweet and team oriented. They are very dedicated to their patients, provide excellent services, and go above and beyond. This is an outstanding Home Health Care and I highly recommend.
Horrible experience with them. Disorganized, unreliable, and frankly unqualified. Issues from day one. We fired them on day two. Between them not showing up when they say, to them trying to change a schedule the doctor set simply because they didn't want to come in on a Saturday. 🙄 The "nurse" that showed up, I believe John was his name, was unprepared at best. Amber Home Health Care are very kind and friendly employers who genuinely care for their employees and patients. Working with them for the past 2 years has been a blessing. The owners and nurses are very easy to work with and are super accommodating. I highly recommend working with them!
