I've had physical therapy before at other places but this experience was hands down, the best. I went the New Market location and my therapist Lisa Phelps, was the absolute best therapist that I have ever worked with!! Highly recommend this location!!
I have suffered from chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia and hypermobility syndrome for over 40 years. I have been treated by countless physicians and practitioners. I made some progress. I started seeing Lisa in New Market and I went home after the first night and told my husband “ she understands my conditions, she really gets my issues”. I have learned so much from her and she has made such an impact on my life now and moving forward! For the first time in my life, I feel hopeful!

I have been going to Amber Hill, in New Market for several years. Kelly and Kyle were instrumental in helping me with my condition, with exercises and pt, both in and out and of the pool. If I hadn’t found them and this facility, I doubt I’d be walking today. From the front desk staff, to the physical therapists, (Kelly, Kyle and Lisa), I’m always met with a smile and a kind word. This is my safe spot to land!! Thanks a million, guys!! :)
We had a good experience with the actual PT when our daughter injured her foot but the billing was problematic. For our first few visits we were told there was no co-pay. Then we were charged retroactively hundreds of dollars when that turned out to be incorrect. When we called the office about the bill, the office could neither connect us to the billing department nor even give us the number for billing.
