I've used Pivot several times now for a variety of issues - some fairly debilitating and some just more of a nuisance. The team there is very caring and professional, yet friendly in a neighborly way and perennially upbeat. I actually looked forward to going to my sessions! The results have been great, as well. It's a good outfit that Mount Airy is lucky to have.
PT personnel were very knowledgeable but also listened very carefully to what said wrt the treatment. Any difficulties were addressed very quickly.

Over the past 10 or more years I have required physical therapy for recovery after surgery or injuries. I returned to Pivot, now Athletico Pivot, each and every time because the therapists really listen to what you have to say, are friendly and professional. When you go to a physical therapist ti is because something hurts or isn't working correctly. This is typically not a pleasant time in your life. The therapist at Pivot go the extra mile to make you more comfortable as they help you to heal.
Excellent experience! Todd and the rest of the team went above and beyond in my post ankle surgery journey! Every single person I worked with was very friendly and attentive to my needs, including the front desk staff with scheduling and billing questions. Highly recommend for any physical therapy needs!
