Love my new home I just moved in and I am super happy with my apartment. I love the gray carpets and walls. It is so big and spacious. I met my neighbors they are all nice and friendly. Staff here is very nice and helpful. Maintenance even helped me put my furniture together.
Horrible new management Apartments are great. Very spacious and clean. But since it's been under new management, the service has been horrible. It takes weeks to get something fixed and they're always closed for days at a time. They never want to replace anything, they "fix" it but it just breaks again.

We do observe Jewish Holidays as well as Major Holidays, however management is always available by phone. We do try to get to everyone in a timely fashion and fix the problem right away. Sometimes this is not possible and it may take more time. If you are still in need of assistance please call the office and we will take care of you right away. Thanks
worst place i have ever lived!!!!!!! dumpsters are always overflowing.my parking permit feel off my mirror so they towed my car at a cost of 225.blunt wrappers everywhere.sectoin 8 everywhere renting rooms to people that do not belong here.the manager blames everything on the owners.its a complete joke.avoid living here at all costs!!

I am sorry you had a bad experience here, if you wish to come to the office and discuss we could possibly assist you with the issues you are having. Trash is picked up 3 times a week. Parking Passes are required to park on property and when you received your parking pass the rules were explained and you signed a document. We encourage anyone who is interested in living here to come check the property out for yourself.
Beautiful Apartments Amber Grove is a lovely community located on the border of lakewood and toms river. They have beautiful 2 bedroom apartments. I have lived at the community for several years and plan on staying here for a long time. The staff is wonderful and responds to any problems I have immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is great! I commute to work so being right down the street from the parkway is a plus for me! Great shopping locations all around. Beware 100's of new homes have been built right across from amber grove apt. What was once a quiet, secluded complex has quickly become a zoo. Not worth living within all the congestion

Amber Grove Close to the parkway, supermarket, and restaurants all within driving distance. Amber grove is a well maintained complex with large rooms, open kitchen and living rooms and washwr /dryer. Great place to live
