I've been going to Primary Eyecare Associates for almost 20 years and today they lost a customer due to Casey at the front desk...TERRIBLE customer service... Dr. Bartels is great. She tried her darndest to make sure I had the right kind of contacts as the ones I had been using were really bothering my eyes.
