Amber Crest and Towne Crest Apts. are owned and Managed by *****************. Leasing Agent ********************* are running a complete sham and unethical property. ********************* has double charged tenants for cleaning and notice fees. ********************* does not allow you to sign another lease so she can increase the rent every month. Amber Crest Apartment has unethical unprofessional Property Management for the Rent requested. Surveillance camera’s are on property however management choose not to utilize and tow resident cars feigning the inefficiency to organize the make/model/license of the 62 units albeit on application to rent they ask for this information. Also they permit abandoned junk cars to remain in spaces rent paying resident’s need especially at night and on holidays when visitor’s overflow parking. Management Overall, great management. She gets the job done. She is friendly and shows a lot of concern! Love the renovations, and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fashionable apartment!!

I lived there for two years. It started as a nice experience but as the time went by, things got bad. The apartments are the cheapest made constructions ever. The walls are paper thin and during my 2 years there my kitchen faucet broke along with the sink garbage disposal. The batteries in the alarms were old thus the alarms would go off for the whole day making it impossible to sleep at night. I had to call multiple times until someone came to fix them. We have lived here for 12 yrs.... We have lived here for 12 yrs. Obviously something is working right for us or we wouldn't have lived here this long. We have freshly landscaped "California Native and Drought resistant" foliage including new privacy fencing on our patios. Conveniently located laundry rooms and pool area. High speed Internet is serviced by ATnT (24mg) and Charter,(60mg) TV, Internet and phone if necessary. Within walking distance from UCR. best deal – At first I thought it was expensive but I looked around and I found that the price was perfect for a two bedroom two bath and for the amount of square feet your getting well you can't beat that!! The manager is great she is very professional and she gets the job done!! I currently stay here at the aprtments and I really like the community even though it is a small community its both calm and not to loud.
