Property management doesn't address any issue and the building looks horrible inside and out. The carpet in the hallway is stained and disgusting, Spider webs on every light and corner, Holes in the screens, and the washer machine broke down weeks ago. They have left the water in it which now has fungus and bugs in it. This company is in the Verge of being slum Lords! If you can afford better don't live here.
Amber creek discriminated against people with disabilities. Very unaware of legalities when having a service animal for a disability. I’ve been told by many of the tenants that I reached out to that they did the same thing and raised the rent because of it. I called around and there are tons of complains about maintenance putting white tenants needs above other colors. DO NOT LIVE HERE
