I have lived here 25years now. The previous owner was a real penny pincher. Thankfully he sold the complex and a new landlord is now in place. The parking situation will soon be history. The new owners are tearing down 2 quad apt. buildings and are freeing up 8 new parking spaces. Also a good pressure washing of the facility and now upgrading the the care and maintenance of the units. And new parking spaces will be lined. And a new "Dog park" is being installed shortly.. We were considering touring this complex, but the way management responds to every negative review "thanks for your review!" with no specific follow-up leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope management is aware that potential tenants see these reviews and also see the lack of responsibility on their end.
Trash parking and trash management. I've lived here for 7 years and I've had like 5 different apartment managers. They have increased the rent two years in a row and they've done nothing to improve this place. It's actually gone way downhill since I moved in. Avoid anything related to Guardian properties, they do not care about you.
Wonderful maintenance staff, amazing landlord, honestly no problems with either
