I moved here from Michigan and needed to spend as little for housing as possible...I never dreamed Id get something so nice for so little money...Mostly older renters...VERY Quiet neighborhood...I work nights and sleep days so that was important to me...All apartments on ground floor...Washer/Dryer on premesis...Public library, Walgreens, McDonalds, Dairy Queen and Gas/Convenience store all within walking distance...Low traffic on streets but shopping is less than 2 miles south on Hwy. This apartment complex is not very large. It is very quiet with close parking. Its nice not having anyone live above you making noise. However, the apartments are on the small side. I enjoyed my time living there.
