Dr Coon is good. Her office staff is horrible! Not helpful, has attitude when you ask a question. Candy and Kristen are bad office staff
Awful, I drove a hour and a half to Lubbock just to get there to be notified my appointment was cancelled. Only to find out that my appointment was cancelled due to an error on the office’s complete inability to communicate with their patients. Apparently they didn’t receive my faxed paper work, but failed to mention any of this to me and sent me a confirmation text for my appointment anyway. Once I was there the staff was completely unbothered didn’t make any effort to right their wrong.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Co on and her staff. It was my first pregnancy so I was nervous and I had a lot of questions. She never made a feel rushed or that they were silly questions. She was great during the delivery. She stayed very calm when my babies blood pressure drop and she kept me calm. Thank goodness I didn't need a C Section but she was prepared and very professional.

My husband & I love Dr. Coon! I am 28 weeks pregnant & Dr. Coon is AWESOME! She is kind, very intelligent, reassuring, informative, calming & attentive! I had to go for monitoring after I was rear ended & she came by to check on me! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Coon to anyone! She has made my journey of being a first time mom wonderful! I feel blessed to have a wonderful Doctor who I trust 100% being under her care. Her staff is also fantastic & very caring! Great experience!

Dr. Coon is the greatest ob/gyn I have ever found. As a first time mom, she handled me throughout my prenatal care, delivery, and post partum. She delivered my 10 pound 7 ounce baby vaginally without any scary stuff- no forceps, no vacuum, just straight medical genius all the way. He was a meconium birth but she got him out in just over 2 hours of pushing and he is doing fantastic. Dr. Coon was so kind and caring all throughout my prenatal care. I highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.
Dr. Coon has been a pleasure to have as our OB physician. She is very calming and accommodating. She also is open to different birthing plans and says she likes to only intervene if the baby or Mother are in danger. I would fully recommend her any of my family members and friends.
I went in to speak with her about PMDD, my previous doctor dismissed everything I said. Dr Coon however was amazing, she listened, asked questioned, talked with husband and I for at least a good 45 mins. She gave me options, reasons for the options, suggestions. Thanks to her I feel great! Almost 100% follow appointment to adjust as needed. I live in Bug Spring and it was worth the 2 hr drive!
