My son rented one of these apartments and was to move in on 7/4/18. He died that very day and did not move one item in. I called the owner/landlord and let him know right away. On 7/718 we came to gather our son's things at his prior apartment. That day we dropped the keys off in the door slot like the owner told us to. He said we would "talk later about a refund".
