I’ve stayed in this building for 3 years, I never miss a payment and always do my payment on time. I left the apartment cleaned and no damage . Now they want to keep my Deposit for no reason.Be careful when you moving out, they will come up with something to keep your deposit. Do not trust what they saying on the phone always have them write down their statement and sign.
Living in this building so good the quality is good the manager is very kind and everbody there is good and kind also we are getting better upgrades for this building

Can be nice place management sucks, the owner in the office is very rude, regional manager i think, as I asked who's next in command and she said "me" as she refused to help by saying, i can't guarantee you help meanwhile its dead rats stuck in my car due to my parking space location with the garbage that they assigned me at a discounted price because they knew it was bad idea. the machines dont work you will put money in them and you lose your money without wash or dry and no refund because management won't answer your emai... read more
.."I had the pleasure of working with Miss Rosaly Goris and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment I rented is incredibly spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, as well as ceiling lighting that brightens up the space.
