I have been the tenant of a residence managed by Ambassador Property Management since 9/5/2017. Most recently, the residence required major repair after a kitchen sink/dishwasher clog and overflow. Repairs were delayed due to the current answering service used by Ambassador even in emergency situations, which is an answering service with message relayed to employees at a later time. I have had the pleasure of being a tenant at one of Ambassodor’s properties, for six years. Anytime there was an issue, no matter how small or big the response was always in a timely manner. They are very understanding and genuinely concerned with the well being of their clientele, which can be hard to come by these days. I would recommend them to anyone I know if need be. I am just hoping that I have the same great experience with my next house and or management team. Thanks again!Â
Beware of Ambassador Property Management!!! They will keep your deposit & then refuse to meet with you or take your call. If you insist they sick their attorney on you.Â
