Dirty and stained sheets. Corner floors dusty, no towels or remote control for tv. If you need towels, tv remote control and keys for the hotel room door you HAVE to pay $20.00 deposit. Is refundable only if you returned them back after 9am since the office is closed before 9am. If you leave before that time you will lose $20.00.

I book a room for one night. I paid $100 and this place was infested with roaches. I took pictures which I posted on this review. I called the front desk and asked for a partial refund after only being there for one hour and they refused even after telling them about the roaches. He was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back multiple times and they never picked up the phone.

I currently paid for a room and when I first got into the room it was poorly maintained such as holes in the walls and the wall Sheetrock broken in the bathroom and there were so many open spaces in the walls . After a while I fell asleep and woke up to roaches all in my bag of clothes and medical supplies I was so disgusted the room is all infested with roaches the side tables AND ON THE BEDS TOO. There were roaches crawling on me as I slept I woke up to a tickle on my arm and it was a roach this hotel needs to be condemned... read more
