The room was beautiful. Service was not so great. First, the menus for room service was incorrect as on the weekend they serve brunch until 2pm but they don't advertise that anywhere. Then they charged me for parking that i didn't use. I noticed it on the final receipt and was told by Tamara at the front desk that she can't remove it because it's been on there for 2 days (which is how long my stay was) and I should've noticed it based on the pending amount my credit card statement...
