Poor,no valet person available walked a long way in the cold wearing a dress, no bell person available to help with the luggage, room had very drafty windows, toothpaste on the bathroom cabinet, thick dust in vanity lights, only 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths for a group of 6?, don't sleep on the sleeper sofa you can feel all the springs, on top of the room rate you have to pay an extra 20.00 per vehicle? We booked this hotel on the Internet was were overwhelmed by the fabulous restoration, beautiful. commodious, comfortable rooms. Service was excellent. Free shuttle service anywhere downtown. Excellent dinner was a deal (2 3 course dinners for $40) with excellent service and ambiance. Great bar with great bar food. What a find! We'd come back to Milwaukee just to stay here and see the wings open or close on the art gallery. Breakfast in same location (Envoy) was also excellent and $8.50pp. Don't miss it.

The staff was exceedingly friendly, especially at the front desk. The room was lovely and spacious, as well. Despite staying on the top floor, the noise from the street was excessive, this being a Saturday and a Kesha concert being held at the nightclub across the street, but there's little the property could do about it. The hotel was very clean, had friendly staff and was close to our destination. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was very quick and tasty. We will definitely stay here again!

Good wine list with a perfect food. All meals were fantastic with chef Michael. Best french fries of my life... The hotel offers free shuttle for downtown area that makes rent a car completely useless. Driver Sam was fantastic... An authentic city guide. The other drivers not even close to his standards.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October and the people on the desk could not have been more helpful. There is no lift in this hotel but the reception staff gave me a ground floor room when I told them of my heart condition, in fact we were given a suite. Very comfortable hotel, immaculately clean

Accommodations were great. Shuttle service is a great plus as they provided service not only to Miller Park but also to the Art Museum. My only disappointment with the Shuttle Service was they did not go to the Zoo. The Zoo was one place I really wanted to visit as my first trip there was shortly after they opened. Envoy staff were great. The hostess had my friend's breakfast taken off bill as not as ordered. Front desk staff was helpful in providing names of places to eat. I would stay here again.

Our room was very nice. Beds comfortable. Quiet, restful place to sleep. We really enjoyed relaxing in the cafe in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Great shuttle service!!!! Friendly and helpful staff. We will return next year for our annual Milwaukee trip!!!

Staff was friendly and food was awesome! Everything was great! Everyone from front desk to the doorman to staff in restaurant were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again before anywhere else!
