Was letting our mail & rent get stolen from laundry room for over a month & didn’t do anything about it until finally they decide to just take out our mailboxes so we got to go all the way to the post office to get our mail. Now they wanna put a lock on it so we cant even wash clothes (which they should’ve done when our mail was getting stolen). They start working on my balcony and dont finish it and leave it loose where it could fall over and my child could fall off with no note or notice that it isnt even finished.
