I lived here for 5 Years and was very happy with my Home. The management and other residents were very kind. It was very quiet and a great place to be. Back in Late August, the ownership changed and my family was given thirty-five days to either come up with almost $200 more rent or find a new home. One of our neighbors got FIVE days notice that she was going to have an increase in rent, due to the sale of the property being so close to her lease ending.
